Welcome to Shivled! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shivled platform (the “Website”, “Platform”, “Service”), operated by Shivled (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1️⃣. Definitions
User: Any person who registers and/or uses the Shivled platform, including both Buyers and Sellers.

Seller: A freelancer offering services on Shivled.

Buyer: A user purchasing services through the platform.

Gig: A service offered by a Seller on Shivled.

Order: A formal agreement initiated by a Buyer to purchase a Seller’s Gig.

2️⃣. Eligibility
To use Shivled, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3️⃣. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access most services on Shivled.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Shivled reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4️⃣. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the platform ethically and lawfully.

Sellers are responsible for delivering services in accordance with the descriptions they provide.

Buyers agree to make timely payments for services purchased.

Users shall not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

5️⃣. Payment and Fees
Shivled processes payments on behalf of Sellers via approved payment gateways.

A service fee may be charged to Sellers and/or Buyers, details of which will be clearly displayed during the order process.

Shivled reserves the right to adjust fees at any time with prior notice.

6️⃣. Order Process
Buyers can place orders through Gigs listed by Sellers.

Sellers must deliver the service by the agreed deadline.

Buyers can request revisions if allowed by the Gig terms.

Once a service is delivered and accepted, the order is marked as completed.

7️⃣. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties should attempt to resolve it amicably via the platform’s messaging system.

If unresolved, Shivled may intervene and make a final decision based on the platform’s policies.

Shivled’s decision will be final and binding.

8️⃣. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.

Engage in fraudulent transactions.

Infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.

Circumvent or attempt to bypass Shivled’s platform fees or payment system.

9️⃣. Intellectual Property
All content on Shivled (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by or licensed to Shivled and protected by applicable laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they create and share but grant Shivled a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.

🔟. Limitation of Liability
Shivled provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any service obtained through the platform.
In no event shall Shivled be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice. Users may also delete their account at any time.

1️⃣2️⃣. Amendments
Shivled reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
